30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction on all purchases from bulclishop.com. You may return eligible merchandise within 30 calendar days from the order date for a full purchase price refund, excluding shipping fees and additional service charges. Items shall be returned in intact condition, preferably with original packaging, complete accessories and relevant documents to qualify for full refund. Returns submitted beyond the 30-day period will not be accepted. Please contact our customer support for special consultation if product issues occur after the valid return window. Certain product categories are excluded from return service.

Mail-in Return Service​

All returns shall be delivered by mail to the designated return address below:

We recommend reusing original packaging for return shipment. Refund will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned goods. Standard return cases will be fully refunded via original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for return verification and refund processing after parcel arrival.
Customers bear all shipping costs for voluntary returns. Shipping expenses will be covered by our side only if items are delivered damaged or defective.

Return & Refund Rules​

1.Valid purchase proof including order confirmation, transaction record and payment receipt is required for refund application. Funds will be returned through the original payment channel.
2.Unverified purchases are not entitled to cash refund or exchange service for non-exclusive brand good.
3.Exchanged products shall match the retail price of returned goods. Supplementary payment is required if you select higher-priced replacement items.
4.Refund settlement varies by original payment method and will follow official fund settlement rules of corresponding payment platforms.
